United Dominion Realty Trust (UDR): the country’s oldest and largest multifamily real estate investment trusts wanted to showcase their real estate portfolio. John Bernhard had to travel in sixteen states to photograph sixty-six communities in less than a month time and to design, produce and print the 168 page book with 400 color photographs within the thirty-day sharp deadline.
